Main Responsibilities: * Provide technical support to users (on-site and remote); * Perform basic maintenance on computers and peripherals; * Assist with software and system installation and configuration; * Track service tickets and ensure deadlines are met; * Assist in organizing and managing IT equipment. Requirements: * Technical or undergraduate studies in IT currently in progress; * Basic knowledge of hardware, networks, and operating systems; * Strong communication and organizational skills; * Availability for on-site work in Olímpia/SP.
