Join Onset and build your career in a collaborative and innovative environment! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Identify, prospect, and qualify new leads from mid-sized and large enterprises * Conduct market research and identify potential clients via LinkedIn, events, CRM, and networking * Lead meetings with executives and decision-makers, presenting customized solutions * Build and maintain a robust, predictable sales pipeline using CRM * Develop technical and commercial proposals in collaboration with service teams * Lead negotiations on timelines, scope, and pricing * Meet and exceed revenue generation and new contract targets * Collaborate with marketing, pre-sales, services, and post-sales teams to ensure a cohesive approach * Analyze sales processes and cycles * Represent OnSet with a consultative and relationship-oriented posture at events and strategic opportunities **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Social Communication/Advertising, Marketing, IT, Engineering, International Trade, or International Relations. * **Advanced English (reading and technical conversations).** **Experience:** * B2B sales experience, preferably with a proven track record of results; * Active prospecting and hunting of B2B clients; * Consultative selling and sales methodologies; * Preparation of commercial proposals and RFPs; * Contract and margin negotiation; * Commercial pipeline management (CRM). **Additional Information** Hiring Type: PJ (Individual Contractor) Location: São Paulo/SP Hybrid Work Model We are an IT & C (Information Technology) services company capable of meeting all your company’s IT needs.
