





**Job Description** This position requires on-site work at the Joinville/SC plant. Responsible for developing digital solutions and managing data within the **GM Smart Factory** initiative, with a focus on increasing plant efficiency and performance. Will develop digital solutions for data analysis, dashboards, applications, and AI-based solutions, applying smart manufacturing concepts. **Responsibilities:** * Implement digital solutions for production processes aligned with the Smart Factory strategy. * Prepare clear presentations for local factory leadership. * Develop automation workflows using Power Automate. * Create interactive dashboards and advanced analytics using Power BI. * Develop applications and Python scripts for data integration and analysis. * Apply machine learning techniques to optimize manufacturing processes. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to expand AI usage across the factory and company. * Prepare clear reports and presentations for leadership. * Provide support and training to users of developed solutions. **ATTENTION: Do not forget to attach your resume with an active email address.** **Required Qualifications:** * Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field; * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Query, and PowerPoint); * Strong hands-on experience with the Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, and/or Power Automate); * Solid knowledge of manufacturing or operational data environments; * Analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and communication skills; * Programming language knowledge, particularly Python; * Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required; * Willingness to work on-site in Joinville/SC. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Intermediate English; * Intermediate Spanish. \&\#xa;\&\#xa;\&\#xa;\&\#xa; **About GM** Our vision is a world with Zero Crashes, Zero Emissions and Zero Congestion and we embrace the responsibility to lead the change that will make our world better, safer and more equitable for all. **Why Join Us** We believe we all must make a choice every day – individually and collectively – to drive meaningful change through our words, our deeds and our culture.
