Job Summary: A professional to lead the R&D team, develop and optimize products and processes, ensure technical documentation and deadlines, and collaborate cross-functionally with other departments. With our 46 industrial units, we offer healthy and nutritious products marketed worldwide through our 23 distribution centers and 17 international offices. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead the R\&D team and oversee the research and project activities; * Drive product and process development and improvements; * Plan and monitor industrial, pilot, and validation tests; * Ensure technical documentation, reporting, and deadline compliance; * Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality, Production, Procurement, and other departments. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Degree in Food Engineering, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related fields; * Experience in product/process development and team leadership; * Knowledge of testing methodologies, analyses, and validations; Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in food/animal protein industry; * Intermediate/advanced English proficiency. **Additional Information** * Meal Allowance * Life Insurance * On-site Meal * Transportation Assistance * Medical Plan * Dental Plan * Wellhub (Gympass) As the leading beef exporter in South America, Minerva Foods is more than a global company — we are a community of professionals united by the purpose of "building connections among people, food, and nature."
