We are guided by values that shape all our interactions at work—ethics and integrity underpin all business relationships, alongside humility, commitment, and diversity. **Job Description** * Conduct analyses and prepare managerial reports on industrial (fixed and variable) and administrative costs: accounting classification analysis by general ledger account, cost centers, production orders, and expenses by profit center—considering production volumes and inputs; * Prepare and deliver managerial cost reports and performance indicators (KPIs) for factories to plant managers and executive leadership, enabling (preventive) analysis of monthly cost trends and variances for managerial decision-making; * Develop standardized budget spreadsheets to support factory and administrative managers, and subsequently input this information into the SAP system—by cost center, general ledger account, production order, and profit center; * Report industrial and administrative costs (fixed and variable), budget, reforecast, and actual figures monthly, semiannually, and annually in the Magnitude system for meetings with the Operational Committee (Head Office, France); * Prepare Analytics reports (monthly industrial costs) in USD, analyze them, and include explanations of variances for submission to the Platform Business Controller; * And other related responsibilities. **Qualifications** Education: Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering, Economics, or related fields; Microsoft Office – Advanced Excel; Power BI; Advanced English (preferred); **Additional Information** Willingness to work onsite in Bebedouro. **Diversity, Inclusion & Equity** Diversity is part of our DNA.
