Job Summary: Mills is seeking a professional to manage the lifecycle of tires and rolling stock—from procurement through use, retreading, and final disposal—ensuring optimal performance and investigating failures. Join this journey and help build a more diverse, sustainable, innovative, and opportunity-rich Mills.** **All our job openings are open to people with disabilities.** **Submit your resume and participate in the selection process for the opportunity described below.** **Responsibilities and Duties** Manage the complete lifecycle of tires—from acquisition (new), through use and retreading, to final disposal; Administer tires, chains, tracks, and other components of the rolling stock system; Establish and monitor technical criteria for tire application, replacement, and disposal; Inspect tire conditions in the field, evaluating wear, cuts, bead damage, carcass integrity, and inflation pressure; Ensure proper tire positioning according to equipment type and application; Monitor and validate retreading processes—including dispatch, receipt, quality control, and warranty; Investigate occurrences of premature failures, identifying root causes related to operation, maintenance, or application. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering; Knowledge of tire and rolling stock management; Familiarity with tire and rolling stock specifications by type of operation; Ability to conduct applied failure analysis; Knowledge of measuring instruments; Ability to prepare technical reports; Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency; Residence in Sumaré/SP or surrounding region; Driver’s License Category B. **Additional Information** **At Mills, we offer you:** Medical Assistance; Dental Assistance; Meal and/or Food Allowance; Mobility Assistance or Commuter Pass; Life Insurance; Wellhub for you and your dependents; Dr. Alper; Extended Maternity and Paternity Leave; PLR – Profit and Results Sharing.
