DND Águas is seeking a Technical Application Analyst to work on the front line of technical operations, responsible for ensuring the performance of products applied in the field, supporting portfolio growth, and directly contributing to the expansion of strategic contracts. * Conduct bench-scale tests (Jar Test, polymer inversion, antifoam and coagulant testing); * Conduct industrial plant tests (WTP/WWTP), evaluating performance and defining optimal dosages; * Technically validate products for customer approval and BID processes. * Perform periodic technical visits to customers; * Monitor water and wastewater treatment operations (WTP/WWTP); * Identify operational deviations and propose corrective actions jointly with customer teams and the commercial team; * Ensure application quality and contract compliance. * Support the commercial team during technical visits and consultative sales processes; * Collaborate with SDRs to convert technical opportunities; * Identify cross-sell opportunities among active customers. * Prepare structured technical reports of visits and tests conducted; * Record performance history and applications; * Support the development of a database for technical analysis and decision-making. **Minimum Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Sanitary Engineering, or related fields; * Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in water and wastewater treatment (WTP/WWTP) and application of coagulants, flocculants, and polymers; * Practical experience with Jar Test, polymer preparation and inversion, and bench-scale and full-scale plant testing; * Knowledge of physicochemical treatment processes, chemical dosage optimization, and operational parameters (turbidity, color, TSS, COD, etc.).
