With our 46 industrial units, we offer healthy and nutritious products, which are marketed to customers worldwide through our 23 distribution centers and 17 international offices. **Responsibilities and duties** * Carry out freight contracting for logistics operations, including packaging loads, trading, and spot shipments. * Quote, analyze proposals, and negotiate with carriers and logistics service providers. * Ensure the best cost-benefit ratio in contracting, adhering to internal policies and deadlines. * Monitor ideal transport routes, identifying opportunities for optimization and cost reduction. * Maintain close relationships with internal departments (Operations, Planning, Procurement, and Sales). * Be available to work flexible hours according to operational needs. **Requirements and qualifications** * Previous experience in freight contracting and negotiation with carriers. * Knowledge of logistics operations and transportation modes. * Strong communication and relationship skills with suppliers and internal teams. * Negotiation skills and critical analysis ability. * Organization, proactivity, and sense of urgency. * Advanced Excel skills.
