A team composed of 2 other safety technicians and 1 occupational nurse, all reporting directly to the Plant Safety Engineer. How will you make a difference? Prior experience in high-risk industrial plants, applying risk management and controls, especially related to molten metal, lifting operations, working at heights, LOTO, and forklifts. Ability to enforce rules while respecting the nature of work and allowing time for adaptation. What do we want to know about you?* Required qualification: Occupational Safety Technician * Experience in the metallurgical industrial sector * Language: Basic English * Valid driver's license (Class B) * Must hold an active Occupational Safety Technician registration with the Ministry of Labor, as this will be part of the SESMT team. What will your day-to-day look like?* Conduct audits, complete and evaluate area documentation, identify variables controlling diseases, accidents, quality of life, and environmental impacts; * Develop health and safety training programs; * Participate in adopting new technologies and work processes, investigate and analyze incidents, and recommend preventive and corrective measures; * Deliver monthly program reports including PULSAR, 7S, DPS, and others; * Assist in Environmental and Sustainability initiatives; * Ensure compliance with safety regulations by supporting CIPA and SESMT; * Train and conduct drills with the Emergency Brigade; * Support operations in implementing initiatives and projects to eliminate and/or reduce risks. *"A strong candidate has been identified for this position, but all interested and qualified candidates are encouraged to apply."* Who are we? We are looking for a professional for the position of **Project Coordinator I** Learn more: **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION** Oversee study flow and fully manage its execution, aligning the protocol with routines already established in our service. Patient recruitment. Work in compliance with Good Clinical Practices, regulations, and current resolutions related to clinical research. Develop operational strategies for the proposed methodology, creating action plans and tools to achieve better results in data collection and research conduct. Obtain data through direct contact with research participants by applying questionnaires and filling out clinical records. Collect biological samples when trained and authorized for this task.
