JOB OPENING – COMMERCIAL RECEPTIONIST (PRIORITY) Dental Clinic – Multi-specialty Employment Type: CLT Working Hours: * Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (2-hour lunch break) * Saturday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Desired Start Date: Immediate RESPONSIBILITIES * Receive patients in person and via WhatsApp courteously and empathetically; * Conduct initial patient intake and lead qualification; * Support the commercial process following dentist evaluation (without primary sales responsibility); * Present treatment procedures, payment options, and guide patients accordingly; * Perform follow-up with patients who did not schedule or commit during their first contact; * Maintain ongoing relationships with patients (birthday messages, post-appointment follow-ups, and re-engagement); * Respond to and monitor Google reviews; * Collaborate closely with dentists, sales staff, and administrative team. Human Development Analyst Position
Act as a strategic partner to business units, promoting initiatives focused on human development, organizational culture, employee engagement, organizational climate, and performance. Identify HR needs and support managers in people management with an emphasis on results, organizational climate, and talent development.
