Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Responsible for coordinating and supervising maintenance team activities to ensure efficient, safe, and continuous operation of company equipment, facilities, and systems. ### **Responsibilities:** * Lead the maintenance team. * Plan, organize, and oversee preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance. * Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. * Control the use of materials, tools, and equipment. * Diagnose failures and propose efficient technical solutions. * Record and monitor work orders and maintenance reports. * Collaborate with other departments to minimize production impact. * Train and guide the team on best practices and procedures. ### **Requirements:** * Completed Technical Course in Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnology, Automation, or currently pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. * Proven experience in industrial maintenance. * Experience working in industrial environments. * Experience in team leadership and management. * Domain knowledge in the field. * Flexible availability for shift work.
