Communication, organization, and results-oriented focus We are looking for an SDR (Sales Development Representative) to manage client interactions, qualify leads, and schedule meetings with lawyers from the firm. Key Responsibilities: * Lead handling and qualification via WhatsApp and CRM (KOMMO) * Proactive outreach to potential clients to understand their needs * Scheduling meetings between leads and lawyers * Recording all interactions in the CRM * Active follow-up with leads * Supporting the marketing team to improve lead quality * Sending institutional content to reinforce authority * Monitoring performance goals and KPIs Requirements: * Completed high school education or currently pursuing higher education * Prior experience in customer service or sales, and CRM usage is preferred * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Organized, proactive, and results-focused * Comfortable working with performance targets
