Updating employee records. Assistance in time tracking, medical certificates, and hour bank management. Support in vacation management, thirteenth salary processing, and contract terminations. Support in recruitment and selection. Onboarding of new employees. Support in training and internal communication (endomarketing). Previous internships in Recruitment and Selection, People Development, Training and Development, or Talent Management may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Currently pursuing undergraduate studies.
