Job Summary: Professional responsible for verifying schedules, reserving and dispensing medications/materials, assembling kits, and maintaining inventory control and sector organization. Key Responsibilities: 1. Scheduling and assembly of kits and psychoboxes 2. Medication and material control and dispensing 3. Maintaining sector organization and inventory control 1\. Check the daily schedule to assemble required kits. 2\. Check the scheduling email for medication and material reservations. 3\. Retrieve and replenish kits for the imaging and endoscopy departments. 4\. Return, assemble, produce, and dispense kits to departments according to schedule. 5\. Return, assemble, produce, and dispense psychoboxes to departments according to schedule. 6\. Conduct monthly kit counts and monitor their expiration dates. 7\. Dispense materials and medications upon medical prescription. 8\. Record ambient temperature and temperatures of thermolabile products. 9\. Periodically count materials and medications according to their type and classification. 10\. Maintain FIFO (First In, First Out) batch control. 11\. Remove items nearing expiration for use or replacement. 12\. Maintain sector cleanliness and organization. 13\. Replace expiration labels on emergency carts. 14\. Report any irregularities or suspected fraud to management. **Minimum Education:** Elementary School (1st level)
