Monitor, consolidate, and track Operations and IT area contracts, ensuring compliance with established conditions. Responsible for purchase requests from departments and process follow-up. Work on identifying opportunities for optimization and cost reduction, ensuring quality, efficiency, and alignment with company guidelines. **Responsibilities and duties** * Manage Operations and IT area contracts; * Control measurement reports from Operations and IT areas, ensuring accurate calculation and compliance with current contracts; * Support the Controller's office in monitoring contracts, measurements, and other related information; * Conduct periodic meetings with department managers to monitor contracts and measurements; * Track the process of issuing purchase orders, invoices, and item registration in the system; * Forward invoices for payment within established deadlines; * Prepare operational area management reports to support supervision. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed or ongoing Higher Education in Administration, Accounting, or related fields; \- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; * Desirable 6 months of experience in administrative or related activities.
