




Job Description: * Bachelor's degree completed or currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Administration, or Technical Course in Building Construction or related fields; * Advanced Office Suite proficiency, especially Excel; * Experience in third-party management and supervision of building maintenance and construction projects; * Facilities experience; * Valid driver's license; * Oversight/management of office operations (day-to-day) and other facilities, as well as outsourced services such as cleaning, parking, reception, and building maintenance; * Planning and monitoring preventive and corrective maintenance schedules (including various corrective maintenance requests for civil, hydraulic, electrical, and other building systems); * Conducting checklists and inspections of facilities (offices, warehouses, stores, etc.) to ensure proper operation and service quality; * Planning and executing projects aimed at facility renovation, expansion, and improvement; * Supervision of renovations and decommissioning activities; * Sourcing suppliers and negotiating service/product costs and execution; * Liaising with the condominium administration and property owners; * Opening, tracking, and closing building maintenance service requests; * Interacting with internal departments regarding incoming requests, guidance, and requirements; * Providing guidance on department-led initiatives (e.g., layout changes, team-building events, relocations, etc.); * Supporting procurement and management of hygiene, pantry, cleaning, and office supplies; * Managing service payments, material purchases, and budget control for the respective cost center; recording service measurements and issuing invoices for payment processing; * Supporting management and oversight of outsourced services including cleaning and conservation, air conditioning maintenance, security gate operations, cafeteria staff, security personnel, fire extinguishers, pest control, various maintenance services (hydraulic, electrical, civil), and asset management; * Updating data in Excel spreadsheets and/or other management tools to track activities and generate performance indicators. 2512010202191839378
