




* Develop corrective maintenance plans according to forest equipment specifications. * Schedule interventions considering operational routines and agreed deadlines, minimizing impacts on production and prioritizing safety. * Issue, detail, and track work orders, indicating required resources and the criticality of each task. * Operational Control of the Workshop * Monitor equipment performance through indicators such as MTBF (mean time between failures), MTTR (mean time to repair), and operational availability. * Follow up on maintenance execution at the central workshop, interfacing with the technical team to optimize service flow. * Maintain detailed records of all interventions and update asset maintenance histories. * Management of Resources and Parts * Control inventory of parts, materials, and tools, identifying critical items and preventing downtime due to lack of supplies. * Analyze consumption and define minimum restocking levels, integrating planning with procurement. * Support the selection and evaluation of parts and maintenance service suppliers according to quality and delivery standards. * Cost and Indicator Control * Monitor maintenance activity costs, proposing actions to optimize material and labor usage and reduce waste. * Generate management reports, analyses of recurring failures, and improvement suggestions for managers. * Ensure compliance with safety procedures and environmental regulations during maintenance activities. * Conduct training sessions and participate in meetings to align goals, update practices, and promote process improvements. Experience: * Previous experience working in PCM. * Direct involvement in maintenance planning, scheduling, and control routines, assisting in the coordination of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of heavy equipment. * Knowledge of TOTVS ERP system, as well as proficiency in Excel and Power BI for KPI management. * Ability to analyze performance indicators (MTBF, MTTR, availability), use methodologies for task prioritization, prepare technical reports, and document interventions.
