Responsible for complying with legislation, internal workplace safety procedures, and Coca-Cola requirements, as well as training other employees to comply, and supporting immediate leadership in monitoring indicators and reviewing procedures. **Responsibilities and duties** Assist in identifying hazards and risks and implement necessary actions, requesting updates whenever process changes occur. Train users on the use and hygiene of safety equipment and PPE (personal protective equipment), supervise their usage, and conduct tests on new models. Provide safety training to all direct and third-party employees before they begin work activities. Investigate accidents and incidents and replicate corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Accompany regulatory agencies in health and safety matters during judicial expert assessments when necessary. Participate in and monitor actions and meetings related to safety committees. Contribute to defining technical specifications for services and products to be acquired through procurement. Participate in the safe behavior program by training leaders, monitoring checklist applications when necessary, and tracking results. Create purchase requests for services and products and manage them from acquisition to implementation. Develop and conduct safety talks and workplace safety inspections. Analyze high-risk tasks to be performed by employees and/or third parties. Evaluate, issue technical assessments, and archive third-party safety documentation. Maintain an emergency response system, including planning and conducting drills involving victim care, evacuation plans, fire fighting, leak containment, among others. Ensure maintenance of fire suppression and emergency response systems. Ensure up-to-date safety procedures and equipment. Issue and submit CAT (work accident reports) to relevant authorities. Plan, execute, and manage the CIPA (Internal Accident Prevention Committee) election process and its documentation throughout the entire term. Participate in planning safety campaigns and organize SIPAT (Internal Accident Prevention Week). Monitor environmental risk assessments for the development of the PGR (Risk Management Program). Prepare the PPP (Occupational Profile) regarding workplace safety data. Ensure compliance with the responsible and sustainable driving procedure. Monitor and ensure completion of tasks according to the established work plan.
