




Requirements: * **Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree** in **Business Administration, Logistics, Sales Management, Economics, or related fields**; * Technical course in Purchasing, Logistics, or Administration is desirable. Responsibilities: * Assist in price quotations and collecting supplier proposals; * Support the process of comparing prices, delivery times, and commercial terms; * Enter and update purchase orders in the system; * Monitor and track delivery deadlines, ensuring order fulfillment; * Support the team in organizing contracts, supplier registrations, and documentation; * Provide support in resolving discrepancies regarding invoices, deliveries, and receipts; * Maintain spreadsheets and reports for purchase control and performance indicators; * Maintain communication with internal departments to align demands and priorities; * Assist in administrative tasks within the department and document filing; * Contribute to the continuous improvement of purchasing processes.
