




We are looking for a proactive and organized professional to provide support for administrative routines. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for ensuring the office operates efficiently, supporting various departments (such as HR, Sales, and Procurement), and serving as the key point of support for document organization and customer service. **Key Responsibilities** * **Document Management:** Organize, file, digitize, and register physical and digital documents. * **Customer Service and Communication:** Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and receive clients or suppliers when necessary. * **Operational Support:** Assist in drafting contracts, simple reports, memos, and presentations. * **HR/Finance Support:** Assist in collecting signatures on pay slips, organizing receipts for reimbursement, and entering basic data into systems. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Education:** Completed high school (pursuing a university degree in Business Administration is considered a plus). * **Office Suite:** Basic/intermediate knowledge of **Word** (text composition) and **Excel** (filling out lists and tables). * **Behavioral Skills:** Excellent organizational skills, strong writing ability (grammar and spelling), proactivity, and ease in dealing with the public. * **Experience:** Not mandatory, but prior experience in reception or administrative support is welcome. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with organizational tools (e.g., Trello, Google Drive, or shared calendars). * Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
