Revelare is looking for talented individuals to join the **Creative Team!** We are seeking a creative Designer with a strong portfolio and strategic vision. Someone capable of transforming ideas into visual solutions that inspire, communicate, and deliver results. **Location: Revelare \| Marketing \+ Technology** **Format:** On-site **Responsibilities** * Research visual trends, new technologies, design methodologies, and market references; * Stay updated on cultural, behavioral, and consumer topics; * Understand target audiences and brand positioning to create relevant and strategic assets; * Participate in and/or lead brainstorming sessions, dailies, and planning meetings with the Creative and Account teams; * Plan and manage workflow within the internal system, ensuring timeliness and quality in deliveries; * Produce graphic materials for online and offline campaigns, including: * Visual identities and key visuals; * Social media content, websites, and email marketing; * Institutional materials, presentations, and digital ads; * Conduct benchmarks and visual research to support creative concepts; * Collaborate with Copywriting, Strategy, and Technology teams for integrated campaign execution; * Contribute to the creative and technical development of the team by sharing ideas and best practices; * Maintain an updated creative workflow and ensure production files are well organized. **Requirements and Skills** * Studying or graduated in Graphic Design, Advertising, Visual Communication, or related fields; * Minimum of 2 years of experience as a designer in an agency or marketing team, working across multiple formats and platforms; * Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma; * Knowledge of motion design, UX/UI, and layout will be considered a plus; * Strong briefing interpretation skills and brand vision; * Organized, with time management and attention to detail; * Ability to work collaboratively and contribute effectively within creative processes. **What We Value** * Purposeful creativity focused on results; * Curiosity and continuous pursuit of references and trends; * Clear communication and openness to feedback; * Commitment to deadlines and delivery quality; * Collaborative spirit and willingness to grow with the team.
