About the Position **Job Mission:** Responsible for purchasing grains, negotiating with producers, identifying new suppliers, with the objective of meeting defined targets while ensuring quality and profitability for the company according to market conditions. **Main Job Responsibilities:** * Contribute to achieving commercial targets by sourcing grains, adhering to established margins and strengthening company profitability. * Ensure all documentation required to formalize transactions is duly issued and signed in accordance with the organization’s standards, policies, and procedures. * Strengthen relationships to facilitate negotiations through constant contact with producers via telephone, social media, and field visits, providing them with market information. * Conduct assessments of planting and harvest forecasts and monitor crop development to guarantee grain delivery, through farm inspections. * Ensure no obstacles prevent supplier payments by verifying daily, via financial forecasting, and releasing payments through the SAP system. * Keep updated on market actions and competitors’ activities by completing the logistics spreadsheet for reporting to the Commercial Manager. * Manage the customer portfolio, identifying new regions with viability and potential for grain sourcing, detailing planting areas, prospecting new customers, and increasing market share in the operating region. * Establish the Fiagril brand in new regions by sharing information, engaging in the market, and demonstrating integrity to suppliers. * Ensure negotiations remain healthy through risk assessment and analysis of customers’ payment history and capacity. * Achieve targets with optimal resource utilization and customer focus, coordinating with Inputs, Logistics, Storage, and administrative processes. * Contribute to preparing the annual budget and manage expenses according to the approved budget; **Education:** Completed Bachelor’s Degree **Field of Study:** Business Administration, Agronomy, or related fields **Experience:**3 to 4 years **Technical Skills:** **Desirable** SAP Intermediate – Desirable Power BI Basic – Desirable English Basic – Desirable Microsoft Office Intermediate – Mandatory Financial Market Intermediate – Desirable Knowledge of soybean, corn, rice, beans, and cotton cultivation – Mandatory
