Register now and join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced professional whose primary role is to lead development teams in planning, implementing, and delivering technological solutions. Assume responsibility for guiding and motivating the development team. This includes not only defining clear technical guidelines but also inspiring confidence and collaboration among team members. Must be able to articulate a clear product vision and ensure all team members share and work toward that common vision. You will work directly with the Technology Innovation team on distinctive projects offering unique opportunities. As a **Software Development Coordinator**, you will: * Support the technical team in adopting best development practices; * Conduct Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective ceremonies; * Work alongside or as a Leader/Scrum Master, capable of facilitating the team’s work during project execution; * Develop technical specifications and architecture for new projects; * Analyze system requirements for projects; * Design effective and efficient software solutions; * Write clean and testable code using programming languages; * Test, debug, and implement fully functional applications; * Perform continuous maintenance with regular updates and security patches; * Develop technology research projects; * Carry out integration of corporate systems for client companies. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Required Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Automation Engineering; * Specializations in technology and innovation are a plus. **Desired Knowledge/Requirements:** * Knowledge or experience in Industrial Automation is a plus; * Experience with monolithic and microservices software architecture; * Experience with DevOps culture; * Experience with CI/CD automation; * Knowledge of DDD, BDD, and TDD; * Knowledge of software testing techniques; * Solid experience with backend and frontend development technologies; * Experience in SQL and NoSQL database modeling; * Experience with agile project management methodologies; * Ability to diagnose and solve problems; * Strong communication skills; * Proficiency in GIT repositories (GitHub) and CI/CD (GitHub Actions); * Experience in Messaging is a plus; * Experience in Cloud and Azure tools is a plus; * Experience in Data Analysis is a plus; * Experience in Artificial Intelligence is a plus; * Intermediate English proficiency. **Additional Information** Here you’ll find: * Meal or food allowance; * Co-payment health insurance plan; * Dental plan; * Transportation allowance; * Life insurance; * Wellhub (formerly Gympass); * Vitta Digital Hospital; * Partnerships with educational institutions offering discounts for employees and dependents; * Discounts at partner stores and services.
