Customer relationship management and prospecting Conduct consultative sales of fitness equipment for gyms, condominiums, studios, and residential clients, providing customized solutions, basic technical support, and guidance on proper usage—integrating technical expertise with commercial skills. **1\. Technical Support and Consultation:** Serve customers in person, by phone, or online; understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable equipment. 2\. Provide technical guidance on equipment operation, application, and benefits: Sales and negotiation; conduct direct, consultative sales of fitness equipment. 3\. Present commercial proposals, payment terms, delivery schedules, and warranties: Negotiate with customers to close sales and ensure retention; manage Customer Relationship Management (CRM). **4\. Use CRM system for quotations and orders:** Manage the sales funnel (prospecting, qualification, follow-ups, closing, and post-sales). **5\. Customer Prospecting:** Actively seek new customers (gyms, condominiums, hotels, personal trainers, residential clients) and participate in industry events (trade fairs and meetings). **6\. Space and Layout Consulting:** Visit sites to measure and assess available space; suggest equipment layouts considering traffic flow, safety, and functionality. 7\. Provide technical information to customers as needed: Installation and post-sales support; monitor equipment delivery and installation processes. **Minimum Education:** High School Diploma (Secondary Education) Meal Voucher (VR), Medical Plan, Dental Plan, Total Pass, Transportation Voucher (VT).
