Job Summary: The professional will contact customers for confirmations and rescheduling of service orders, as well as provide support via chat and phone. Key Highlights: 1. Direct communication with customers for confirmations **Responsibilities:** \- Contact customers to confirm Installation, Support, Address Change, and Upgrade service orders; \- Contact customers when technicians report unproductive visits; \- Contact customers to advance service orders when necessary; \- Forward service orders to technicians; \- Reschedule service orders reported from the previous day; \- Assist customers via chat and phone, addressing inquiries with clear and concise information; \- Escalate customer inquiries to other departments when required. **Requirements:** \- Proficiency in computer applications \- Experience in customer-facing roles \- Completed high school education \- Residence in Ribeirão Preto and surrounding areas Employment Type: Full-time Compensation: R$1\.667,84 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Fuel allowance * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
