Monitor vehicles or parts being serviced by third parties (bodywork, wheel repairs, etc.). Carry out opening of technical PRMS, handle communications, tests, and factory-requested diagnostics. Monitor mechanics' time reporting reports and update NBS for recording absences or overtime hours. Conduct testing and monitoring of zero-kilometer vehicles during PDI, up to final cleaning. Resolve damage issues on new vehicles, perform diagnostics, or engage third parties. Review service order processes, time entries, PQIS, printing of time reporting and final protocol reports for repaired or serviced vehicles. Perform road tests and quality evaluations on repaired or serviced vehicles.
