Key Responsibilities * Manage production and supply for the departments; * Ensure quality, organization, and standardization of processes; * Control waste and optimize utilization of products nearing expiration; * Supervise health surveillance and food safety regulations; * Lead, develop, and monitor the operational team; * Implement process improvements and increase productivity; * Monitor sales metrics and departmental performance. Requirements * Experience in food production; * Experience managing teams; * Knowledge of health surveillance regulations; * Organized, proactive profile with a results-oriented mindset.
