Job Summary: Responsible for connecting the planning areas of concessions, ensuring standardized information flow and structured handling of demands, defining resources, and managing indicators. Execution of idea and project management with governance Responsible for connecting the planning areas of concessions and their respective demands, ensuring smooth, fast, and standardized information flow, enabling structured and planned demand fulfillment. Additionally, define required resources (materials, services, and equipment) to support construction works, anticipate discussions on optimal contracting strategies, create and manage performance indicators and KPIs, and structure the Demand Planning Management Map. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform integrated planning of concessionaires’ Capex/Opex demands, aligning with supplier market dynamics and availability. * Consolidate and standardize demand planning information from requesting departments. * Conduct periodic meetings with Capex management teams to monitor and update demands. * Identify categories of materials and services to define the optimal contracting strategy based on demand planning and market mapping. * Structure/apply a methodology for idea and project management, ensuring governance and accurate evaluations to enable prioritization decisions considering maturity, effort, and impact on the company. * Optimize and manage planning process and performance indicators periodically and in a standardized manner, generating dashboards and managerial reports. * Act as owner of indicator presentations and updates on idea and project management activities. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering. **Desirable:** * Experience in Engineering, Infrastructure, Steel Industry, Mining, or Chemical Industry (preferably) * Experience in Engineering, Planning, or Procurement, with focus on Planning and Indicator Management. * Knowledge of project management methodologies. **Additional Information** **Work Location: Ribeirão Preto/SP.** **Work Modality: 100% In-person.** **Administrative hours, Monday to Friday.** ******BENEFITS:** Medical assistance; Dental assistance; Life insurance; Gympass; Pharmacy discount; Transportation allowance; Meal voucher and/or food allowance; Profit and Results Sharing (PLR), subject to achievement of goals and performance; Baby gift kit; Daycare allowance for mothers (internal benefits subject to specific dates and policies; eligibility must be verified according to current policy); IBH Serviços e Participações is a Highway Platform owned by funds managed by Pátria Investimentos.
