Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and responsible caretaker with leadership skills to manage operational routines and serve as the liaison between management, residents, and staff in condominiums. Opportunity for professional growth and continuous training **About the position:** We seek a proactive, responsible professional with leadership qualities to work as a Condominium Caretaker in properties managed by Mafra Gestão Integrada. The professional will act as the liaison among management, residents, and other staff, ensuring proper operation of daily routines. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise condominium staff activities (cleaning, security, maintenance, etc.) * Conduct patrols and inspections of common areas, identifying and reporting repair or improvement needs * Manage cleaning supplies and materials * Address resident requests and support condominium management * Monitor service providers and scheduled maintenance * Ensure organization, cleanliness, and proper functioning of common areas * Assist in managing incidents and internal announcements * Pool maintenance knowledge **Requirements:** * Prior experience as a caretaker or in similar roles within condominiums * Team leadership and clear communication skills * Completed elementary education (minimum) * Basic knowledge of building maintenance and condominium routine organization * **Basic computer skills (email usage, incident logging, management platforms, etc.)** * Professional appearance and ethical conduct **Preferred Qualifications:** * Courses in building maintenance, customer service, or leadership * Knowledge of safety procedures and first aid * Experience with maintenance tracking systems or condominium management platforms **We Offer:** * Market-competitive salary * Benefits: Transportation allowance, meal allowance, and others depending on the condominium * Continuous training and growth opportunities within Mafra Gestão Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2\.500,00 \- R$3\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Experience: * Condominium caretaking / Condominium management (Mandatory)
