If you have experience in procurement, team leadership, and wish to work in a challenging and strategic environment, this opportunity may be for you! **Responsibilities**: * Strategically manage the service procurement process; * Ensure standardization, compliance, and traceability; * Centralize demands, ensuring proper formalization through purchase orders and contracts; * Ensure compliance with the Code of Ethics, internal policies, and legal requirements; * Manage supplier qualification, evaluation, and development; * Lead strategic negotiations, focusing on TCO, performance-based contracts, and risk mitigation; * Monitor and analyze performance indicators (costs, deadlines, quality, OTIF, and savings); * Supervise contractual execution, supporting internal audits and governance processes; * Lead and develop a team of analysts, assistants, and interns. **Requirements**: * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Finance is desirable; * Proven experience in procurement, with focus on service contracting; * Experience in negotiation, contract management, and supplier management; * Knowledge of SAP/MM; * Strong expertise in compliance, governance, and contract management; * Experience with performance indicators (SLA, OTIF, Savings).
