Develop and manage relationships with suppliers and customers Description: * Bachelor's degree completed, preferably in Civil Engineering (a plus) or related fields; * Experience in procurement within the construction industry, including contracting labor and materials; * Knowledge of negotiation techniques, contract management, and Microsoft Office suite. * Develop and execute procurement planning for services through the Ribeirão Preto \- SP regional office, aligning price, schedule, and quality criteria with the requirements of requesting departments; * Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal customers; * Identify and develop new business partners; evaluate and approve suppliers. * Continuously monitor market conditions and remain attentive to opportunities, trends, and other supply chain dynamics; * Stay informed about emerging technologies applicable to the construction industry; * Assume and manage risks in accordance with governance and compliance principles, remaining sensitive to these factors in a constantly changing environment; * Prepare competitive analysis maps; * Present scenario analyses; * Meet procurement schedules as planned; * Participate in drafting and implementing contractual drafts; * Request and prepare procurement scopes jointly with relevant departments; * Analyze KPIs. 25121802025557752
