Proposal and contract follow-up Job Description As an **Alea Sales Agent**, you will be responsible for customer acquisition, service, and prospecting; product presentation; simulations; registrations; proposal submission for evaluation and approval; contract signing follow-up; and payment collection at the time of purchase. We seek a person with a **proactive mindset, collaborative energy, and transformative attitude.** Responsibilities and Duties * Provide in-person customer service aimed at converting them into buyers; * Present brochures, conduct simulations, and promote house sales; * Register customers and submit proposals for evaluation and approval; * Monitor the registration process and proposal submission in the system for bank evaluation. Requirements and Qualifications * Completed high school education; * **Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite:** Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and Outlook; * Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team. ***Not required, but highly desirable:*** * Prior experience in sales and customer service; * Negotiation skills and product presentation ability.
