Job Summary: Responsible for analyzing and optimizing industrial processes, identifying efficiency improvements, detecting bottlenecks, and proposing solutions while working with multidisciplinary teams. Collaboration with production, maintenance, and quality teams **Education** * Currently pursuing or completed a bachelor's degree in fields such as Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Process Management, or related disciplines **Knowledge and Skills** * Experience in industrial process areas * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Kanban, and other related methodologies * Proficiency with software tools (Excel, SAP, ERP, MS Project) **Main Responsibilities** * Analyze industrial processes to identify efficiency improvements, collect and evaluate performance data, detect bottlenecks, and propose solutions. Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality teams to implement changes, utilizing industrial engineering tools such as value stream mapping and capacity analysis.
