Job Summary: A professional responsible for managing the department, supervising teams, optimizing storage and display processes, and ensuring excellence in customer service. Key Highlights: 1. Inventory control and product optimization Deliver excellent customer service by responding to complaints and suggestions, resolving issues, and promptly informing management when necessary—aiming to retain customers and ensure high-quality service at the store; Assign tasks to the team, guiding and monitoring them on: slicing, packaging, and/or storing chilled and dairy products; counter layout arrangements; proper use of equipment (deli slicer, packaging machine, knives, preserves); verifying that the team follows good handling practices to ensure product quality, enhance productivity, and minimize waste; Guide and supervise the team’s activities to ensure correct display of dairy products (cheeses, milk, yogurts, etc.) in refrigerated display cases and shelves—ensuring attractive presentation, attention to expiration dates, and easy customer access; Monitor the activities of Sales Promoters inside the store; ensuring they comply with company operational procedures; checking completion of the promoter entry/exit control sheet; validating the completion of restocking/replenishment and display performed by promoters via their signatures on the corresponding monitoring sheet—ensuring awareness of third-party activities within company premises and compliance with commercial agreements regarding product promotion space; Maintain department organization and cleanliness, guiding staff on cleaning schedules and proper sanitation methods—ensuring the department remains organized, clean, and compliant with Sanitary Surveillance regulations; Receive goods together with the Checker in the store warehouse; inspecting delivery quality, cross-checking ordered vs. received items, verifying weight and quantity, measuring product temperature, and checking expiration dates; Store goods properly; instructing staff on cold room storage, organizing items using the PVPS system (First Expired, First Out), and arranging layout for easy retrieval—enhancing speed and productivity; Perform department management; tracking daily sales targets, losses, and margins.
