




The ideal candidate for this position is a professional who performs activities related to Time & Attendance and Benefits for Payroll, ensuring the integrity of related information—from the initial timekeeping process through to employee payment. **Responsibilities** * Generate and transmit information to partner areas; * Ensure correct accounting integration; * Verify and monitor processes; * Process monthly closing; * Develop and monitor departmental KPIs, aiming for systemic improvements; * Interpret and configure collective bargaining agreements; * Configure data in the system (testing in the UAT environment); * Monitor and report results to senior management; * Address internal client inquiries (via Chat, email, and service tickets). **Requirements (We require that you already have)** * Advanced Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); * Knowledge of process management technologies; * Experience and/or participation in projects; * Familiarity with HR department routines; * Knowledge of systems: Antares (Apdata), People, Oracle; * Proficiency in Google tools; * Minimum of six months in your current role. **CSC Corporate Competencies** * Ability to identify problems and their root causes, propose and implement solutions, and identify risks; * Communication: Ability to exchange ideas, express opinions and needs effectively; * Teamwork; * Proactivity and deep process understanding; * Persistence, commitment, and availability; * Analytical reasoning; * Work planning; * Adherence to deadlines; * Organization and self-discipline; * Accountability; * Maturity; * Discretion; * Flexibility regarding working hours; * Sense of urgency.
