Logistics experience; preferably Loss Prevention / Inventory experience; knowledge of Mercado Livre operations (Service Center and Cross Docking); willingness to travel; flexible working hours; undergraduate degree; assertive communication skills; logical reasoning; advanced Microsoft Office proficiency; people management experience; priority management skills;**Responsibilities**

• Develop your own TDM and that of your entire team according to their Roles and Responsibilities, aligning with your team’s TDM.
• Develop and implement actions focused on continuous improvement of area workflows and processes.
• Guide the team toward more efficient processes, operational performance gains, and cost reduction.
• Develop and engage the team to maximize results and promote sustainable growth of the area.
• Conduct meetings with regional focal points for each operation and drive action plans.
• Lead client meetings.
• Ensure and monitor team adherence to SLAs and deliverables.
• Ensure team participation in mandatory and periodic trainings.
• Comply with operational/administrative procedures and respect DHL Supply Chain policies and standards, including those related to HSE, Quality, and the Code of Conduct.
