Job Summary: The professional will contribute to the defense and guarantee of social rights, supporting individuals and families, and will be responsible for preparing reports and coordinating with the socio-assistance network. Our purpose is to transform realities and build a future of dignity for all. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Contribute to the defense and guarantee of social rights through services, benefits, and projects that support individuals, families, and communities in overcoming their challenges; * Welcome, guide, and support served families; * Conduct home visits and meetings with community families; * Prepare interdisciplinary reports for competent authorities, when necessary; * Coordinate with the socio-assistance network and other strategic partners; * Refer cases to the support network according to identified needs; * Contribute to the development and implementation of social impact projects; * Carry out actions and activities of the Decolagem Program. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Social Work; * Active CRESS registration; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); * Experience in the field.
