Job Summary: Manage renewable energy and sugarcane-alcohol projects from inception to final delivery, ensuring quality, timelines, and costs, with a focus on relationship-building and cross-departmental synergy. Key Highlights: 1. Manage sugar and alcohol mill and renewable energy projects. 2. Work on-site at the client's location to ensure relationship and communication. 3. Experience in the sugarcane-alcohol and renewable energy sectors. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Manage projects for sugar and alcohol mills and renewable energy sources. * Be accountable for the project from inception to final delivery (timelines, costs, and quality). * Monitor KPIs and prepare reports for senior management. * Work on-site at the client's location to ensure relationship and communication. * Manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Ensure synergy with commercial, procurement, and engineering departments. **REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields. * Experience in the sugarcane-alcohol and renewable energy sectors. * Experience in project management and PMO/PMI frameworks. * Proficiency in MS Project and Excel. * Intermediate English (mandatory); French/Spanish desirable. * Willingness to travel domestically and internationally. Minimum Education Level: Postgraduate Specialization/MBA Languages: * English (Intermediate) Willingness to Travel
