The role includes igniting and operating motor-pumps, turbo-pumps, and deaerators; monitoring soot blowers; dosing chemical products according to regulations; cleaning tilting grates; supplying firewood for boiler hibernation or startup; recording data in inspection spreadsheets; maintaining equipment under their responsibility in good condition through preventive and corrective maintenance. The operator also works at the industrial control center, monitoring operational variables, and supports maintenance services during the off-season or whenever necessary during the harvest season. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Basic requirements:** * Completed High School education; * Demonstrable knowledge and experience, as documented in employment records, in the role of Boiler Operator; * Availability to work rotating shifts and a variable weekly day-off schedule. **You’ll stand out if you have:** * NR 13 training; * Ability to adapt to change and work effectively in teams. **Additional Information** **45-day probationary contract, extendable for an additional 45 days:** we offer employment contracts compliant with current legislation.
