**Job Description:** ---------------------- Responsible for strategic and operational purchasing processes, managing and negotiating with suppliers, acquiring materials and services, and optimizing supply operations. Conduct quotations and negotiations with suppliers to reduce costs and secure better commercial terms. Address requests within the scope of responsibilities, verifying priorities to carry out activities according to pre-established average timeframes. Ensure quality of purchased items through supplier qualification and monitoring. Develop contracts and partnerships as directed by immediate supervisor, as well as identify alternative sources, registering new suppliers for future inquiries and quotations to optimize company results. Perform follow-up on purchase orders and acquired materials to ensure item availability according to agreed quality, delivery times, and other conditions. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ Prior experience in procurement/supply chain area. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Business Management, or related fields. Solid knowledge in negotiation, contract management, and supplier performance analysis. **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Knowledge and/or experience with TOTVS Protheus system.
