




Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Technical Assistant (Helpdesk) to provide technical support, equipment maintenance, and event assistance, ensuring optimal technology functionality. Support and organization of electronic equipment for events We are looking for an IT Technical Assistant (Helpdesk) to join our team. The professional will be responsible for providing technical support, equipment maintenance, and event assistance, ensuring the smooth operation of technologies used across the institution. · Technical Support: Provide classroom technical support for projectors, speakers, computers, and interactive whiteboards. · User Support and Training: Provide technical support and training to system users—offer technical support to teachers using tablets in classrooms. · Audio Playback Support: Provide technical support for audio playback in the courtyard during events and weekly breaks. · Equipment Maintenance: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on technological equipment, including computers, projectors, interactive whiteboards, and speakers. · Ensure cleaning and replacement of dirty or damaged equipment. Configure and maintain 3D printer projects. · Manage maintenance and charging of tablets and other electronic devices owned by the institution. · Event Support: Organize and manage electronic equipment during internal events, assisting with sound and lighting operations. · Provide technical support for daytime and nighttime events requiring IT team assistance. · Play the national anthem in the courtyard every Friday at entry time. · Content Management and Administration · Capture and edit images from institutional activities and events. · Manage photo and content postings on social media platforms and the Liceu Contemporaneo website. · Publish content via the institutional mobile application. · Request ID cards and access badges from the designated printing service. · Submit technical service requests for printer maintenance and toner supplies. · Capture and register student photos for the school management system.
