Job Summary: Responsible for operational activities such as cleaning, driver guidance, loading and unloading, maintenance, and practical training, all conducted in accordance with safety procedures and company values. Key Highlights: 1. Involvement in logistics operations, including loading, unloading, and maintenance. 2. Driver guidance and adherence to terminal safety regulations. 3. Opportunity for professional development through theoretical and practical training. * Clean equipment, workplace, and operational areas; * Guide drivers on safe behavior and terminal safety rules; * Perform truck unloading; * Load railcars according to scale department instructions to verify railcar weighing; * Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of terminal facilities; * Receive theoretical and practical training related to scale department activities; * Receive theoretical and practical training on railcar shunting operations; * Comply with internal safety procedures and life-preserving work habits; * Substitute for Operations Assistant I during any absence of up to 30 consecutive days, assuming their responsibilities within the team; * Perform tasks consistent with the position, as requested by the immediate manager, to support personal development and assist various departments. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Minimum Requirements:** * Primary education .
