Lead the onboarding process for new employees **Job Description:** ---------------------- We are looking for a Senior Human Resources Analyst to join our team and support HR operations, contributing to employee development, strengthening organizational culture, and attracting talent. We seek an organized, proactive professional with strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across various departments. Key responsibilities include: Leading Recruitment and Selection processes for operational and administrative positions, from job posting through interview scheduling and supporting selection stages; Supporting the organization, tracking, and execution of training and development programs, ensuring follow-up on employee capacity-building initiatives; Updating and organizing HR and Recruitment & Selection metrics and reports, contributing to performance monitoring and supporting departmental decision-making; Supporting internal communication initiatives, promoting engagement activities, internal marketing efforts, and assisting in organizing internal events; Leading the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a structured onboarding experience aligned with company culture; Providing employee support by addressing inquiries and directing HR-related requests. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields; Prior experience in this role; Knowledge of the Senior system will be considered a plus. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- NOT APPLICABLE **Benefits:** --------------- Meal Allowance; On-site meals; Life Insurance; Wellhub; Medical and Dental Assistance. **Work Location:** ---------------------- Franca \- SP
