Opportunity to work proactively and resolve situations In-person and telephone patient service for clinic patients Scheduling, confirming, and rescheduling appointments and exams Organizing the medical schedule and managing time slots Patient reception and registration in the system Organizing patient records and clinical documents Issuing invoices and controlling consultation payments Supporting authorization of exams and procedures with health insurance providers Sending information and instructions to patients via telephone and WhatsApp Basic administrative control of the clinic Reception area organization and administrative support to the physician **Requirements:** Previous experience as a secretary, receptionist, or in an administrative role Strong verbal and written communication skills Organizational skills and attention to detail Basic or intermediate knowledge of computer systems and administrative software Ease in dealing with the public Professional demeanor and confidentiality regarding patient information Proactivity and ability to resolve day-to-day issues Benefits **Two options available:** CLT R$ 2\.300 or PJ R$ 3\.000 Variable compensation based on private appointments
