Conduct technical presentations of floor plans, architectural projects, and decorated apartments. Perform residential mortgage simulations and assist in negotiating commercial proposals. Previous experience as a Sales Representative, Sales Executive, Sales Analyst, or Sales Specialist may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
