KPI monitoring and customer relationship management Description: Mandatory: * Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields); * Proven prior experience in the IT field (e.g., IT Technician, Support, Help Desk); * Knowledge of Microcomputing (Hardware, Software, Operating Systems); Desirable: * Prior experience in a hospital or healthcare environment; * Familiarity with route optimization and service delivery logistics routines; * Basic certifications in Support/Infrastructure (e.g., ITIL Foundation); * Knowledge of Service Desk tools (tickets/incidents). * Analyze and enhance the logistics of incident handling and support to improve response efficiency and agility. * Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and optimization of IT services, ensuring sustainable solutions that add value to customers/services and the company. * Monitor KPIs related to your area of responsibility and propose effective solutions whenever necessary. * Ensure all activities are performed in strict accordance with the service contract and internal requirements of the Hapvida Group. * Guarantee strict adherence to the timelines established in action plans agreed upon with the client. * Conduct technical and operational impact assessments for the implementation of new services and technologies. * Maintain excellent interpersonal relationships and strong communication skills (verbal fluency and clear writing) to interact effectively with individuals across all hierarchical levels, serving both internal and external customers objectively. * Continuously pursue service quality excellence and promote teamwork, combining experience and knowledge to achieve optimal group outcomes. 251205020218727808
