Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related fields) and Project Management **Position: Construction Planner** **Company:** Primaq Máquinas e Manutenção **Location:** Ribeirão Preto – SP **Job Description** The **Primaq Máquinas e Manutenção** is seeking a **Construction Planner** to plan, control, and monitor **civil and mechanical construction projects**, ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, scope, and quality, with strong coordination among field operations, procurement, and management. **Main Responsibilities** * Plan, schedule, and monitor physical and financial project timelines; * Control and update progress of civil and mechanical activities; * Identify, control, and schedule procurement of materials and supplies; * Interface with field teams, suppliers, and internal departments; * Analyze schedule, cost, and productivity deviations, proposing corrective actions; * Prepare monitoring reports and performance indicators; * Support the construction manager in decision-making and resource allocation. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in **Engineering** (Civil, Mechanical, or related fields); * Experience in construction planning and control; * Knowledge of **Project Management**; * Proficiency in **Excel** (control spreadsheets, indicators, analyses); * Familiarity with **MS Project** for developing and managing schedules; * Strong organizational skills, sense of priority, and analytical mindset. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in industrial construction projects; * Experience in cost and procurement control; * Knowledge of planning methodologies (line-of-balance, critical path method, etc.). **Desired Profile** * Proactive, organized, and analytical; * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams; * Results-oriented, deadline-focused, and committed to operational efficiency.
