WHAT YOU WILL DO: Architecture: Supervise the architecture of complex solutions, promoting alignment with organizational objectives. Implementation: Supervise the execution of critical implementations, ensuring scalability and technical efficiency. Management: Supervise critical ticket management, promoting best practices in classification, diagnosis, and resolution. Monitoring: Supervise monitoring strategies, ensuring efficiency and alignment with technical objectives. ### **Requirements** WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU: Education: Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Systems Analysis, Computer Science, or related fields.
