A Brazilian company with a strong presence and reputation in providing solutions for cargo handling, securing, and covering, serving strategic sectors such as agribusiness, industry, mining, and civil construction across Brazil, is hiring: PRODUCTION MANAGER Ribeirão Preto\-SP Main Responsibilities: * Lead and develop the **production team**, promoting organization, productivity, and team engagement. * Ensure **production planning and adherence to the production schedule**, aligning demand with Commercial, Logistics, and Procurement departments. * Establish and monitor **operational performance indicators** (productivity, efficiency, rework, deadlines, and costs). * Identify opportunities for **process improvement, productivity enhancement, and waste reduction**. * Ensure compliance with **quality and safety standards in operations**. * Drive initiatives for **continuous improvement and industrial organization**. * Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure **operational fluidity and high-level customer service**. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in **Production Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Production, or related fields**. * Experience in **production or industrial operations management**. * Proven experience in **leading operational teams**. * Knowledge of **Production Planning and Control (PPC)**. * Experience with **performance indicators and results-oriented management**.
