Operates with ethics, technology, and commitment to quality, recognized for its biosafety practices, waste management, and promotion of occupational health, accredited at level 3 by ONA. **Main Mission** Support administrative and reception routines of the laboratory, ensuring courteous patient service, accurate registrations, and efficient support for internal activities, contributing to the organization and quality of processes. **Main Activities** Support reception activities, providing cordial and professional patient service and care; Perform patient registrations and track samples received in the internal system; Assist in typing and verifying test reports, ensuring information accuracy; Provide telephone and WhatsApp customer service, appropriately directing inquiries; Assist in departmental administrative tasks, including form completion and billing support. And other duties relevant to the position. **Requirements** Must be currently enrolled in a higher education program in Biomedicine, Nursing, or related fields, as well as have knowledge of Microsoft Office and good verbal/written communication skills.
